What a visit covers
Control pack service on this page is limited to Evergreen, Conifer, Kittredge, Morrison, Bailey, Pine, Idaho Springs, and Georgetown. A dead display, a panel that beeps and does nothing, or a code that returns after a reset can be the pack, the topside cable, a sensor, or incoming power. Call for pricing before a pack is ordered.
Packs are not interchangeable across brands. The revision on the board and the topside part number have to match. We trace power at the disconnect, the fuse, and the transformer before replacing a board. A topside that failed can look like a dead pack, and a bad sensor can keep a good pack in an error state.
If you can, photograph the board label and write down the exact code before you reset the tub. Leave power off if you smell burned plastic or see a scorched relay. Call or text (970) 531-2897 and we will tell you what to send. Call for pricing.
What we check
- Blank topside, unresponsive buttons, or a panel that beeps only
- Error codes that return after a power reset
- Topside cable and connector, separate from the board
- Fuses, transformer, and power at the disconnect
- Sensors that hold the pack in a fault
- Board revision so a replacement pack matches the tub
