Your Mountain Hot Tub Neighbors
Colorado Hot Tub LLC was established by Justin and Heather Williams in December 2021 with a simple goal: give Rocky Mountain homeowners the professional, trustworthy hot tub service they deserve. Justin has worked in hot tubs since 2016. We live in the mountains, we understand the conditions, and we treat every customer like a neighbor — because you are one.
About Us
Colorado Hot Tub LLC is a family-owned business based in Evergreen, serving homeowners and vacation rental properties throughout the I-70 corridor and Grand County — from Evergreen and Conifer to Winter Park, Granby, and Grand Lake.
We started the company because we saw a real need in the mountain communities for hot tub service that was reliable, knowledgeable, and actually showed up. Mountain conditions — hard water, high altitude, cold winters — require a different approach than flatland spa care, and that's where we specialize.
Over the years we've earned our CPO (Certified Pool & Spa Operator) certification and become authorized dealers for Celtic Hot Tubs, Icelandic Spas, and Harmonic Hot Tubs — brands we chose specifically because they perform exceptionally well in Colorado's climate. Whether you're buying a new spa, need regular maintenance, or have a repair that needs sorting out, we're here to help.
What Makes Us Different
We're not a big-box store or a national service chain. Here's what that means for you.
Mountain-First Expertise
We live and work in the Colorado mountains. High-altitude water chemistry, 4WD access, cold-weather protocols — it's all second nature to us.
Certified Professionals
Our CPO (Certified Pool & Spa Operator) certification ensures every service meets the highest professional standards for water safety and equipment care.
Family-Owned & Local
Justin and Heather Williams established Colorado Hot Tub LLC in December 2021. Justin has worked in hot tubs since 2016. We're your neighbors — not a call center or a franchise. When you call, you get us.
Relationships Over Transactions
We take pride in knowing our customers by name and their hot tubs by heart. Most of our business comes from referrals, and that means everything to us.
The Brands We Stand Behind
We didn't choose Celtic, Icelandic, and Harmonic by accident. Each brand was selected because they're genuinely the right fit for Colorado mountain living.
