Do you repair hot tubs you didn't sell?▾
Yes — we repair all makes and models of hot tubs, including tubs bought anywhere. Our CPO-certified staff are experienced with most major brands and can diagnose and repair heaters, pumps, jets, controls, and more.
How often should I drain and refill my mountain hot tub?▾
We recommend every 3 months in Colorado mountain environments. Hard water, UV exposure at high altitude, and heavy use cause water quality to decline faster than at lower elevations. Our Annual Care Package handles this automatically.
Do you service hot tubs in winter?▾
Yes, year-round. Our 4WD vehicles allow us to reach mountain properties in all weather conditions. We ask that you clear the path to your spa and the cover of snow/ice before our arrival to ensure a safe and efficient service visit.
